30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Include all original packaging, accessories, and components
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Installed or damaged items, or items returned without complete packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
